Dear Olympic Cellars Friends and Family,
As Washington Sate begins to open up, we are adopting a wait and see approach. We love hosting you and providing hospitality, but we also want to continue to be safe. The health of the people and communities we care about is of the utmost importance to us.
So, we will continue with curbside pick up and shipping until future notice. The Tasting Room will remain open to Employees Only, for now. We are open 11-5, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Please call 360-452-0160 if you would like to place an order for pick up.
We look forward to sharing a glass with you soon! For now, Stay Safe.
Heritage winery in the foothills of the Olympic Mountains in a historic barn off Hwy 101.
We are Olympic Cellars, a heritage winery nestled in the foothills of the Olympic Mountains. We are the 15th longest running winery in Washington State. Currently, family owned, we were women-owned and operated until 2014.
As a boutique winery we make small, batch lots of wine using some of the winemaking equipment built by our founder in the 1970s. We are proud of our award-winning wine. Every grape is shoveled by hand and punch down is done by the winemaker (or the winemaker’s wife) – not a machine.
Our grapes are sourced from some of the most prestigious vineyards in Washington State including Sagemoor and Champoux. Because we do not own vineyards, we are nimble, making a variety of wines each year.
We love our home on the Olympic Peninsula. The majestic beauty of our natural setting coupled with our heritage barn that houses the winery and tasting room make Olympic Cellars truly special.
